Role Overview

We’re looking for a People Partner Generalist to join our growing team. This person will be a key player supporting our People Business Partners, as well as partnering with employees and managers across the organization. You’ll be the connective tissue driving our core employee programs forward. 

This is an ideal role for someone with 3–5 years of experience in the People space who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves being in the mix with employees, and enjoys both the operational side of HR and the moments where you get to deeply impact someone’s experience at work.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Execution: Own the logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination for our people programs — including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement surveys.

  • Partner Enablement: Support our People Business Partners with program rollout, insights, and operational readiness — helping make strategy feel actionable for the teams they support.

  • Employee Support: Be a go-to resource for employees as necessary — someone who’s approachable, responsive, and able to connect dots across People processes.

  • Learning & Development: Help implement and scale L&D initiatives, from manager training and team-based learning programs.

  • Comms & Rollouts: From time-to-time, draft internal communications for People programs and announcements, helping ensure that messaging is clear. 

  • Employee Relations Support: Help track and coordinate employee relations matters alongside People Partners — bringing organization, empathy, and discretion to sensitive matters.

  • Process Building: Roll up your sleeves to help develop and document our foundational policies and processes, building for scale as we grow.

  • Culture & Engagement: Help make our employee experience feel human, warm, and consistent — whether that’s answering questions quickly or bringing energy to how we roll out a new initiative.

What You Have 

  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations or HR Business Partnering

  • A strong sense of ownership and follow-through — you thrive in “get it done” mode

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; you’re the person others trust to keep things on track

  • Friendly and empathetic communication style — people like talking to you and trust you to help

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited to help create structure where none exists yet

  • Passion for creating a supportive, equitable, and engaging employee experience

Compensation Range

$100,000 – $125,000 USD
