Job description

Who is Eleos Health?

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.

Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

What is the Opportunity?

As Eleos continues to grow across Israel and the US, we’re looking for someone who wants to sit at the center of how our People team operates.
This role combines hands-on People Operations with strong project and business operations ownership. You’ll support employees throughout their lifecycle, while also helping the People team run with greater clarity, discipline, and momentum.
You’ll be the person who knows where important projects stand, what needs to happen next, where decisions are stuck, and who needs to be aligned. You’ll help turn conversations into actions, actions into clear ownership, and plans into execution.
For someone early in their career who loves making things work better, this is a role with broad exposure, real ownership, and the opportunity to learn across almost every part of the People function.

What you’ll do
  • Support employees throughout the full lifecycle — from onboarding and employment changes to performance processes, leave, benefits, and offboarding.
  • Be a go-to resource for employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and day-to-day questions.
  • Keep employee data, HR systems, files, policies, templates, and documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Coordinate payroll changes, benefits, and other employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external partners.
  • Support key People processes including performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, engagement, and organizational changes.
  • Help keep the People team’s priorities and projects organized, visible, and moving forward.
  • Maintain a clear view of where key initiatives stand, what needs to happen next, and where decisions or alignment are needed.
  • Prepare for key meetings, capture decisions and action items, and make sure follow-up actually happens.
  • Help establish and maintain effective team cadences, project trackers, and simple ways of working that create clarity and accountability.
  • Connect the dots across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to keep work aligned.
  • Identify processes that are unclear, manual, or inefficient and help build simpler, more scalable ways of working.
  • Use data, AI, automation, and new tools to improve visibility, reduce manual work, and continuously make the People team more effective.
What you’ll bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through — you naturally keep track of details, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Strong project management instincts and the ability to move multiple initiatives forward at the same time.
  • High ownership. When something is unclear or stuck, your instinct is to create clarity and push it forward.
  • A pleasent emphatetic mindset, and a strong service oreitnation, with no ego.
  • Comfort working with systems, processes, data, and documentation.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable and curious using AI, automations, and better ways of working.
  • Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong judgment, common sense, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
  • Experience working in a global or fast-growing technology company.
  • Experience with an HRIS such as bamboo or a similar platform.
  • Experience supporting performance, compensation, talent, or organizational processes.
  • Hands-on experience with project management, automation, or reporting tools.
What we offer
  • A product that positively impacts people’s lives every day.
  • A talented, ambitious team with a shared vision and the drive to make it happen.
  • Significant equity.
  • Broad exposure and the opportunity to grow across multiple areas of the People function.
  • The opportunity to help shape how a scaling People team operates.
  • Hybrid work opportunities.
  • Mental health days you can take whenever you need them.
