Partnerships Marketing Manager
Job location
Surry Hills, NSW
Job description

We’re proud to be the people partner for a leading global direct-to-consumer wine brand, trusted by customers worldwide and known for pairing creativity with data-led growth.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day partnership activity and deliver measurable customer acquisition through smart, creative collaborations.

This is a hands-on marketing role with room to grow. You’ll test new partnership ideas, optimise what’s working, and find fresh ways to reach new audiences across lifestyle brands, communities, and digital channels.

You’ll bring creativity and commercial focus — building relationships, managing campaigns, and reporting on performance. You’ll work closely with campaign managers to coordinate activity and improve structure as the team grows.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and deliver partnership activity across acquisition channels

  • Source and coordinate new partners across lifestyle, digital, and community networks

  • Optimise live campaigns and track results to improve ROI

  • Support planning and reporting, ensuring budgets and performance data are up to date

  • Work closely with digital, brand, and creative teams to activate campaigns

  • Contribute to team efficiency and collaboration, sharing ideas and feedback

What you’ll bring

  • Around 5–8 years’ experience in partnership or acquisition marketing.

  • A track record delivering measurable results through partnerships or collaborations.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements.

  • Curious, organised, and proactive — you enjoy testing new ideas and learning fast.

The person

You’re structured but creative. Comfortable working at pace. Energised by new ideas and fresh ways to reach audiences. You enjoy connecting with people and finding opportunities others might miss. You care about results and always look for smarter ways to grow.

Why you’ll love working here

  • Certified Great Place to Work with an amazing team culture.

  • Hybrid work model – three days in the office, two from home.

  • Highly collaborative environment where ideas are shared and valued.

  • Generous staff discounts on wine and exclusive offers through global partners.

  • A business that invests in learning, development, and career progression.

This role is for you if

  • You think commercially but act creatively.

  • You love partnerships that deliver measurable results.

  • You’re organised, proactive, and confident leading others.

  • You enjoy finding growth in unexpected places.

This role is not for you if

  • You see partnerships as purely brand or PR activity.

  • You prefer following set processes instead of building new ones.

  • You need a big team or rigid structure to perform.

Why this role

You’ll join a recognised global consumer brand with a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans. Partnerships already play a major role in new customer acquisition — you’ll help build on that success and evolve how we do it.
