Job description

We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

As a Partner Success Representative within the Parking Business Unit, you will ensure the seamless implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Arrive’s core software solutions and services. The Partner Success Team plays a vital role in building trust and strong relationships with partners by supporting their day-to-day operations and ensuring crucial stages in the collaboration are managed successfully.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders—including Account Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Research & Development (R&D)—and work directly with external partners to identify their needs and drive forward continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact urban mobility by supporting our vision to create more livable cities.

How to make an impact

  • Provide excellent operational support for new and existing partners.

  • Implement the company's standard core products and services according to customer specifications.

  • Configure, release, and maintain our core software solutions.

  • Conduct quality assurance and testing of products and services, striving for continuous improvement.

  • Order, review, and roll out signage and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across business units with key stakeholders in Account Management, Operations, Marketing, and R&D.

  • Actively utilize the CRM system to manage orders, handle inquiries, and maintain high standards of data quality.

About you

You are a collaborative, solution-oriented professional with a strong passion for supporting partners and helping them succeed. Thriving in dynamic environments, you bring exceptional self-organization, adaptability, and a positive mindset toward change. You possess a keen analytical mind that enjoys interpreting data and recognizing patterns, combined with the technical curiosity needed to understand complex system integrations. If you are driven by building trust, solving problems, and making a tangible impact on urban mobility, you will flourish on our team.

Your background

  • Educational background in economics, business informatics, social sciences, or a comparable discipline.

  • Proven customer relationship management skills with a dedicated focus on partner satisfaction and support.

  • Hands-on experience in Customer Success or Technical Support for business customers within a SaaS environment is a plus.

  • Demonstrated track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity or interest in system integrations; knowledge of XML or JSON and Google Suite is an advantage.

Present in over 90 countries and 20,000 cities, the company helps people and decision-makers make smarter decisions about urban mobility and ease the experience of travel worldwide.
