Saviynt is currently looking to hire a Partner Director focused on driving these Partner relationships for adoption and representation of our solutions. This role will be working collaboratively with the existing Global Partner Organization and our field Sales Directors across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with India based partners to drive joint sales opportunities, solution adoption, and long-term growth.

  • Focus on building relationships with top cybersecurity partners in India including Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, St. Fox, eSec Forte among others.

  • Develop strategic engagement plans for India based partners including executive relationship mapping, value prop development, global GTM plans and execute together with global teams.

  • Collaborate with India field sales teams to support opportunity reviews, pipeline creation, and deal execution.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.

  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling campaigns, and solution accelerators with India partners.

  • Track partner performance and pipeline in Saviynt’s systems, providing visibility and accountability.

  • Collaborate with Saviynt’s marketing, customer success, and global partner teams to drive joint success.

  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel leadership within the enterprise software industry.

  • Deep direct experience working with India region partners including Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, St. Fox, eSec Forte among others

  • Cybersecurity and identity management experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of developing partner ecosystems and delivering revenue growth through partnerships.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across partner organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in building and executing partner programs.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
