  • Monitor line performance and address downtime, quality issues, and labor gaps in real time.
  • Partner with maintenance, controls, and engineering teams to maximize equipment uptime and resolve issues quickly.
  • Supervise production operators, technicians, and support staff on the assembly lines.
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure consistent execution of standard work.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and cross-training to meet changing production needs.
  • Enforce company policies, attendance standards, and workplace expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including equipment operation, ergonomics, and lockout/tagout.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and promptly address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the server assembly process, including adherence to work instructions and inspection requirements.
  • Partner with Quality to investigate defects, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as throughput, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles, standard work, and root cause analysis.
  • Support process changes, line upgrades, and new automation deployments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production readiness and meet customer commitments.
  • Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions to leadership.
  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong understanding of shop-floor operations, production metrics, and labor management.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal tolerance for downtime.
