Job description

About Us

AI is moving fast. Most people are watching it happen. We’re building what comes next.
At LTX, we’re creating cutting-edge open-world models that help AI understand, simulate, and generate the world around us. We’re laying the groundwork for AI systems that can model how reality looks, moves, and behaves.

These world models will power the next generation of creative tools, physical AI, product simulation, and entirely new ways to build and interact with technology.

We’re not just training models. We’re helping define a new category.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Operations department - someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
This role requires working 5 days a week at the office in Jerusalem.

The Operations team is responsible for everything that keeps Lightricks running, creating the environment and support our employees needs to do their best work. We take pride in doing it all, and doing it well.

This is a hands-on, execution focused role: coordinating onboarding and offboarding, deliveries, providing daily logistical support for Employee Experience activities, employee travel and the daily administrative work that keeps things moving.

If you're organized, service-minded, hands-on, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen, this role is for you!

What you will be doing

  • Handle deliveries and be our courier
  • Provide daily, hands-on logistical support for Employee Experience activities and events
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements
  • Be responsible for systems, working with external providers and handling day-to-day administrative work
  • Handle employee requests, following through until resolved
  • Be the person on the ground when things need to happen

Your skills and experience

  • Valid driver's license - required
  • Up to one year in an administrative/operational role is an advantage
  • Hands-on and proactive, comfortable with physical/logistical tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal communication
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and follow-through
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Suite / Monday

We got you covered!

We empower employees with cutting-edge tools and learning opportunities to grow and succeed through workshops, access and training on platforms, subscriptions, and clear guidelines for responsible AI use.

We offer Car-to-go subscriptions and run daily door-to-door shuttles from several locations in central Israel, plus free parking and train-station pickups.

We’re proud to have 2 chef-led restaurants on site by the legendary Machneyuda Group (yes, that Machneyuda!), plus a bakery nestled in the heart of our office, filled daily with the scent of fresh pastries.
