Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.
We’re hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide multi-site float coverage across Tia’s Los Angeles clinics, including Pasadena, Silver Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood, Culver City, and Playa Vista.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services while supporting clinic coverage during staffing gaps, high-volume periods, PTO, training, or emergent needs.
This role is ideal for a clinician who brings strong outpatient primary care and women’s health experience, works well with autonomy, and can quickly integrate into different clinic teams while maintaining consistent care quality, workflow execution, and patient experience.
This role is based in the Los Angeles market and requires onsite coverage across multiple Tia clinics, including Pasadena, Silver Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood, Culver City, and Playa Vista.
This is a part-time role with a set schedule of either two or three 8-hour shifts per week. Mondays are required, with flexibility across Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for the remaining shift or shifts.
Floats will primarily provide patient care at an assigned clinic for the day. Clinic assignments will be shared the night before or the morning of the shift. When not in patient visits, Floats may support provider inbox coverage, RN team needs, clinical content creation and review, clinical mentorship, or other care delivery priorities.
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected compensation for this role is $79,872 - $119,808 annually, based on a part-time schedule of two to three shifts per week.
The full-time float salary equivalent is $199,680 annually.
