Department Overview

Job Description

• Design, simulate, optimize, validate, and test two-way radio antennas for all product lines.
• Perform mechanical design, structural simulations, and optimization for antenna assemblies to meet product specifications.
• Conduct mechanical validation and physical testing of antenna designs to ensure compliance with internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna mechanical components into complete product hardware.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics and Forces, Thermal and Fluids, Control Systems, or a related field.
• Experienced with CAD, 3D modeling, and mechanical simulation tools; proficient in drafting mechanical prints with detailed specifications and testing criteria.
• Strong understanding of material properties, analytical problem-solving, and mechanical system behavior.
• Familiar with RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and CMW testers.
• Good team spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
