About Mighty:
The personal injury system is broken. When everyday people are at their most vulnerable—recovering from an accident, facing medical bills, and missing work—they are forced to navigate a black box designed to favor the powerful. Today, the choice is a catch-22: handle your personal injury claim alone against billion-dollar insurers, or give away a third of your recovery to a lawyer even though you may not need legal work.
Mighty is introducing a third option.
We believe in a world where every victim can recover fully and fairly without being taken advantage of. We are building the AI advocate for the 99%. Our mission is to become the default starting point after an accident, providing a free, AI-powered platform that gives consumers the clarity, valuation, and negotiation power they need to realize the full value of their claim
This is the definition of "doing well by doing good." We aren't building more profitable tools for law firms; we are building a consumer-first alternative that l allows everyday people to take control of their personal injury claims.
The Role:
We’re looking for a technically-oriented MBA Marketing Intern with meaningful marketing experience and deep knowledge and efficacy with AI. This is not an entry-level internship; we want someone who has operated in real environments (ideally startups), built campaigns, shaped narratives, and understands how marketing drives business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and GTM systems. You will help translate positioning into target account selection, segmentation, signal-based campaigns, automation, and measurable pipeline outcomes.
We value someone who can connect storytelling to growth, who is technical, and who has a bias towards action. You’ll work closely with leadership to sharpen Mighty’s voice, strengthen our market positioning, and support high-impact marketing initiatives, all while using AI as a strategic multiplier, not just a productivity hack. You will also greatly contribute and often take the lead in developing strategy, executing campaigns, and creating content that resonates at the intersection of technology, fairness, and consumer empowerment.
This role will be based out of our NYC Flatiron Office for the 2026 summer season.
