Job description

We are looking for a data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join the FloQast Revenue Operations team as a Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst. This individual will support the marketing, sales, and customer success departments by continuously arming the teams with actionable insights and accurate data. You will be a key driver in measuring marketing campaign effectiveness, managing our attribution tech stack, and ensuring our go-to-market teams have the visibility needed to optimize spend and strategy. Your insights and analysis will streamline business processes and workflows for our stakeholders, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment. This role will be instrumental in helping FloQast speed up its go-to-market operations.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support operations team and portions of the tech stack as it pertains to data and prospecting (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, CaliberMind, etc.)

  • Support adoption, and ongoing management of our attribution platform (CaliberMind), ensuring marketing touchpoints are accurately captured across the lead-to-revenue journey

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns are tracked correctly from inception to ROI analysis

  • Manage, monitor, and automate data intake, cleansing, enrichment, aggregation and analysis, driving a more efficient sales process.

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track core marketing KPIs (MQL-to-Opp conversion, pipeline influence, and SQOs by campaign/channel) while supporting broader RevOps reporting needs

  • Understand and optimize current Hubspot and Salesforce database to categorize prospect profiles (by geography, persona, ERP, industry, and other verticals)

  • Create new, innovative ways to grow and optimize end-user experience.

  • Maintain and improve on database cleanliness

  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

  • What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years relevant work experience required

  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and platforms (e.g., CaliberMind, Bizible, or LeanData)

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or Marketo) and how it integrates with Salesforce

  • The ability to not just pull a report, but to explain why a certain campaign is underperforming and suggest operational fixes

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.com required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong proficiency using Excel and GSuite

  • Operations background and an analytical mindset who can find answers in data, background in analytics or relevant role is preferred

  • Team player mentality with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands and fulfill efficient follow ups

  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Process-oriented mindset, always seeking to improve on efficiency

  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
