Job Description

About TrueFoundry

Every production AI system, whether it's powering customer support, writing code, analyzing financial data, or diagnosing medical conditions, needs the same foundational infrastructure. A way to route between models. A way to manage tools and integrate them securely. A way to orchestrate agents and enforce governance. A unified compute layer to run it all.

That infrastructure layer is being built right now.

We're TrueFoundry, and we're building it. We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team,

The Problem We're Solving

Companies are moving beyond simple chatbots to production agentic systems. These systems route between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and self-hosted models. They integrate dozens of tools via protocols like MCP. They orchestrate multi-agent workflows where agents coordinate with other agents.

The infrastructure to support this doesn't exist yet. You can't just duct-tape together a few API calls and call it production-ready.

You need a control plane that handles:

  • Intelligent routing with observability, cost policies, and fallback logic
  • Centralized tool and MCP server management with security and lifecycle controls
  • Agent orchestration with governance and guardrails
  • A unified compute layer to run self-hosted models, custom tools, and agents

We've built products to solve this:

AI Gateway is the control plane, five composable components (Prompts, LLM Gateway, MCP Gateway, Guardrails, Agent Gateway) that handle routing, orchestration, and governance.

We're Series A, backed by Intel Capital and Sequoia. Companies like CVS, Mastercard, Siemens, Paytm, Synopsys, and Zscaler run production AI workloads on our platform.

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Designer who can move fluidly between web design, print collateral, event assets, and short-form video. You will be the visual engine of the marketing team — taking ideas from brief to polished, on-brand output across digital and physical formats.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves variety: one day you might be designing landing page sections, the next a conference standee, and the day after editing a 30-second product clip. You will work closely with marketing, content, product, and the founders to keep our brand sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up.

What You'll Do

  • Website design: Design and build responsive, conversion-focused web pages and landing pages — from wireframe to high-fidelity layouts — partnering with developers to ship pixel-accurate results.
  • Brochures & print collateral: Create brochures, one-pagers, datasheets, case studies, and sales decks that are clean, on-brand, and print-ready.
  • Event & experiential assets: Design standees, banners, backdrops, booth graphics, and signage for conferences, meetups, and trade shows.
  • Video editing: Handle entry-to-intermediate video editing — product demos, social clips, event recaps, and promotional videos — including cuts, transitions, captions, motion text, and basic motion graphics.
  • Marketing creatives: Produce digital creatives for social media, paid ads, email, blogs, and campaigns across multiple sizes and platforms.
  • Brand consistency: Maintain and extend our visual identity — templates, design systems, and brand guidelines — so everything we publish looks unmistakably TrueFoundry.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to turn briefs into compelling visuals, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 3–5 years of experience as a marketing, graphic, or visual designer (in-house or agency).
  • A strong portfolio showing range across web, print, and digital creative work.
  • Proven experience designing and building websites or landing pages.
  • Experience producing brochures, standees, and other print/event collateral.
  • Entry-to-intermediate video editing skills with a few sample edits to show.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
  • Working knowledge of a video editing tool such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects.
  • A solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy — plus an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing to a technical or developer audience (B2B SaaS, devtools, AI/ML, or infrastructure).
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code web builders (Webflow, Framer) or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects, Lottie).
  • Comfort with AI design and video tools to speed up production.
  • Basic understanding of how design impacts conversion and campaign performance.

Who You Are

  • A creative all-rounder who is equally comfortable with digital and print.
  • Self-driven and organized — you can own projects end to end with minimal hand-holding.
  • Fast and iterative, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
  • A clear communicator who takes feedback well and collaborates easily across teams.
  • Curious and adaptable — excited to learn new tools and grow with a scaling company.

Why Join Us

  • Own the visual identity of a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
  • Wide creative scope — your work will appear across the web, events, and campaigns.
  • Work directly with marketing leadership and founders, with real influence over the brand.
  • Competitive compensation, a collaborative on-site team in Bengaluru, and room to grow.
