Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Vestibular Audiologist to join the Audiology team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This role involves providing specialist vestibular services across both Lewisham University Hospital (UHL) and Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vestibular assessments and supporting patients with complex balance disorders within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist vestibular assessments across UHL and QEH clinics.
  • Assess and manage patients presenting with balance and vestibular disorders.
  • Interpret diagnostic findings and contribute to patient management plans.
  • Work collaboratively with ENT and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with governance standards.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with RCCP/HCPC or relevant professional body.
  • Experience working at Band 7 level or equivalent in vestibular audiology.
  • Strong knowledge of vestibular assessment techniques and diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
