What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor air quality products
- Ensure every installation is completed safely and according to company standards
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every homeowner
- Train and mentor Install Helpers and junior installers
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate with customers and teammates throughout the installation process
What We're Looking For
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Leadership experience or a desire to lead and mentor others
- Pride in your workmanship
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Someone who treats customers and teammates with respect
