We are looking for a smart and quick learner as our Lead Development Specialist to join our core business team in Taipei. The Lead Development Specialist is an important member of CakeResume, playing a critical role in executing outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound marketing leads. The primary objective is to market and promote CakeResume Talent Services to prospective customers, deliver qualified leads to our Business Development team and execute outbound prospecting activities for targeted customers. You will be required to be hands-on and help ensure customer adoption, retention and satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation process through cold calls, and emails to potential customers within a book of business to help generate growth, and a further return on investment.
  • Collecting and identifying leads and opportunities, nurturing potential leads, and converting skills to improve seller pipeline quality.
  • Create marketing campaigns and physical events to grow and generate business leads.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote CakeResume Talent Services.

Interview Process

There are three main stages in our interview process:

  • Video call (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
  • Take-home exercise & review
  • Onsite interview (1 - 2 hours visiting)
