**Role Title:** Lead Dentist\
**Compensation:** $800 - $2,000 / day\

### **The Role**
Rinse Dental is a four-operatory, **associate-led dental practice**. As Lead Dentist, you’ll have full clinical autonomy, leading the care for over 2,000 active patients (and growing). We are in-network for Delta Dental and fee-for-service for all other plans.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver an array of clinical services—including fillings, inlays/onlays, crowns, simple extractions, orthodontics (invisible aligners), cosmetic procedures (like veneers and whitening), and emergency care.
* Perform comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health and care options.
* Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain a productive, balanced schedule—covering hygiene checks, operative care, same-day treatment, and emergency visits.
* Drive production by completing full treatment plans efficiently while maintaining uncompromising quality and patient experience.
* Lead and mentor dental assistants, collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
* Partner with studio and operational leadership to achieve production goals, uphold clinical excellence, and continuously improve workflows.

### **Qualifications**
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Current, active California dental license
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Active DEA registration
* Minimum 5 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
* Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows
* Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 5 days per week
