Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our logistics operations team in Surat. This role will be responsible for coordinating the collection of goods from suppliers, monitoring the platform for ready-to-collect items, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and the internal logistics team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the platform regularly and compile a list of goods ready for collection.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm readiness for goods pickup.
Work closely with the logistics administration team to ensure timely collection of goods.
Verify collected goods and accurately update their status in the system.
Ensure goods received at the office are verified and properly recorded.
Mark collected goods appropriately in the system to maintain accurate tracking.
Support the logistics team with quality checks (QC), barcoding, and shipment preparation.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with operational platforms.
Good communication skills.
Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).
Knowledge of Gujarati (written and verbal) is a plus.
Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
