Integrated Campaign Manager

Job description

About the role

Comply is looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to build demand generation programs that turn interest into measurable pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in the financial services market. In this individual contributor role, you’ll shape campaigns from strategy through execution — owning the mix of digital programs, webinars, events, and account-based plays that help expand Comply’s presence with the firms we serve. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success to make sure every campaign connects back to pipeline, revenue, and return.

You’ll love this role if you thrive on ownership, enjoy building integrated programs end to end, and want to see the direct business impact of your work.

What you’ll do

  • Build integrated and ABM campaigns that engage financial services buyers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments — driving qualified pipeline from awareness through conversion.
  • Set campaign strategy, own the budget, and activate the right mix of digital programs, webinars, events, third-party placements, and account-based channels.
  • Develop messaging and content assets that connect with buyers across search, social, and pay-per-lead programs — adapting tone and angle to each channel and audience.
  • Own webinars from concept through promotion, delivery, follow-up, and performance review.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, SDRs, and customer success to align campaign messaging with buyer needs, pain points, and industry trends.
  • Identify partnerships, sponsorships, association relationships, and influencer opportunities that expand reach and support campaign goals.
  • Measure campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend improvements that increase pipeline and return.
  • Use AI tools and modern marketing platforms to sharpen segmentation, automate workflows, and optimize campaigns.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

  • You’ve audited active campaigns, and built a clear picture of pipeline performance, gaps, and quick wins.
  • You’ve launched or materially optimized at least one integrated campaign with defined goals, a segmented audience, and a full channel mix.
  • You’ve delivered a performance report with campaign results and a concrete roadmap recommendation for the next quarter.

What you’ll bring

Must-have

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience across demand generation, digital marketing, and field marketing.
  • Proven track record owning integrated demand generation and ABM programs — from strategy and brief through launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels: search, social, pay-per-lead, and account-based motions.
  • Strong project management judgment — you can prioritize, improve process, and keep multiple programs moving without dropping threads.
  • Clear, compelling communication: persuasive campaign copy and concise reporting on goals, metrics, and results.
  • Working familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing automation platforms for segmentation, workflow automation, or optimization.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience marketing into financial services or another regulated, committee-driven industry.
  • Experience using AI for campaign personalization, predictive account scoring, and content velocity.

The all-in total compensation for this role is $120,000 and $143,000, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $110,000 - $130,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
