## About Callab AI Callab AI builds voice agents for enterprise contact centers. The company operates a proprietary carrier-grade telephony stack that integrates natively with on-premises infrastructure such as Cisco CUCM, Avaya, Mitel, and SIP trunks, allowing enterprises to deploy voice automation without migrating their telephony to the cloud. ## The role Callab AI is hiring a Head of Sales Development to build and scale the outbound function across enterprise contact centers, hospitality, BPOs, and systems integrators. The first phase is hands-on: the role personally runs outbound before recruiting and leading a team. ## Responsibilities * The role owns qualified meeting and pipeline targets. * The Head of Sales Development recruits, onboards, and coaches SDRs. * The role designs multi-channel outbound sequences for each target vertical. * Outbound tooling, email infrastructure, and deliverability sit with this role. ## Requirements * Three or more years in B2B sales development, including experience leading SDRs, are required. * A demonstrated record of building enterprise or mid-market outbound pipeline is required. * Hands-on experience with cold email at scale, including deliverability, is required. * Fluency in English is required.
