Peregrine is building software that powers mission-critical operations across public and private sector organizations. We’re scaling quickly, and are looking for a senior digital leader to build our Digital Marketing Studio from zero.
This role owns how we show up digitally. All of it. Paid, web, SEO/AEO/GEO, lifecycle, marketing ops, analytics, and whatever comes next. You’ll create a central studio that partners with field marketing, product marketing, communications, and agency partners to execute regional and segment campaigns at scale. Think in-house consultancy plus execution engine.
You’ll start hands-on. Then you’ll hire, systematize, and scale. This is not a “run the old martech playbook” role. We want someone who’s excited by where digital marketing is going now. AI-native workflows. New tools. Faster experimentation. Smarter personalization. And real impact on pipeline and brand.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
