As a Growth Marketing Lead at Flipster
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale Flipster’s full-funnel user growth engine. This includes acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. You will lead performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and organic growth efforts while managing a lean but high-performing team. Your north star will be sustainable user and revenue growth across global markets.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a data-driven operator who can switch seamlessly between campaign execution, funnel analysis, and team leadership. You will partner closely with Product, BD, and Data engineers to drive initiatives that compound over time.
Responsibilities
Define and lead Flipster’s global growth marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle (CRM), and organic channels, aligning with company goals and product roadmapOwn performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, setting KPIs and budget allocation to drive scalable, efficient user growthLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvementOversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and creative teamsDevelop and manage a data-driven growth operating model, including forecasting, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance dashboardsCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize user journeys and conversion flows from acquisition through retentionLead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibilityDrive cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies that support user acquisition, retention, and trading volume growth
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, including 3+ years in a lead managerial positionProven success leading multi-functional growth teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3Demonstrated ability to manage significant growth budgets and deliver measurable ROIStrong leadership and team development skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environmentsDeep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance analyticsFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable or similar CRM platformsExcellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluent in English; Mandarin or another APAC language is a strong plus
