Our team is an ‘Ohana of 1,000+ people around the world. We’re passionate about pioneering an industry, embracing challenges with open arms, and delivering value to the experiences industry.

FareHarbor Core Values:

  • Think Client First
  • We Are One ‘Ohana
  • Be Curious and Learn
  • Own It.

  • Embrace the Challenge

Why FareHarbor?

Founding FareHarbor required unwavering passion. Turning a start-up into the world’s leading and largest reservation software for tours, activities, and attractions required relentless dedication and vision. To date, we’ve helped over 20,000 global businesses operate successfully and are proud to have played a role in enabling business owners to live their dreams.

And since day one, we’ve known that our real success lies in our people—the Ohana.

With each new feature launched and new client onboarded, there is a team of incredible people behind the scenes who are full of dedication, passion, energy, and the will to succeed. We encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to  work—to  believe in their abilities, to freely express their creativity, and to contribute with their own uniqueness by wearing their true colors. We take care of one another and always prioritize health and wellbeing. We give our people the space and trust to learn, to try, to succeed, to collaborate, to think outside of the box, to make mistakes, and even to fail. And then we come together to try again.

From the minute you join, you have a voice. You find your space. You make an impact. We celebrate our victories, shout our successes, and are always eager to tackle new challenges. And we can’t wait to see all that’s to come.

About the role:

FareHarbor is seeking a Group Product Manager to own, execute, and drive the success of our Core Product Group—which spans the full experience from our client-facing dashboard to the interactions their customers have. This role is pivotal in driving client innovation, optimizing for conversion, and delivering an exceptional user experience.

As the strategic leader of this group, you will define the product vision and roadmap, manage a team of Product Managers, and directly contribute to key initiatives. You will transform business needs into actionable product strategies, balancing qualitative insights, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a track record of leading complex SaaS products. Most importantly, you must be obsessed with creating client value.

What you'll do here:

  • Own the Core Product Group at FareHarbor, shaping its strategy and execution.
  • Lead and mentor the Product Managers in your group, challenging their decision-making processes to ensure high-quality product thinking. Foster a culture of accountability, fast execution, and continuous learning.
  • Drive product excellence through data-driven decision-making, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with client value, market demands, and business impact. Be relentless in pursuing customer satisfaction and product-market fit.
  • Own and measure success metrics (KPIs), holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering measurable results. Regularly report on team performance and the impact of your product on key business outcomes.
  • Navigate ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly, making informed trade-offs to focus on the highest-impact opportunities. Maintain a clear product vision, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Commercial teams, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to remove roadblocks, accelerate delivery, and maximize business outcomes. Proactively identify and address risks and dependencies.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic direction by ensuring your group’s efforts align with company priorities. Continuously refine product roadmaps to meet evolving business goals and customer needs.
  • Foster a bias for action within the team, promoting a sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset. Ensure the team is equipped to deliver in a high-demand environment while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring Product Managers, setting product processes, and fostering product thinking and methodology.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making effective trade-offs based on business and user needs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and break them down into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features, and processes that drive value.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features and processes that deliver value.
  • Experience building AI-enabled products, including identifying high-value use cases, partnering with Engineering and Data/AI teams, and bringing AI capabilities from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI, including how to evaluate quality, reliability, privacy, and client value when incorporating AI into product experiences.

Benefits:

  • Global leave benefit
    • 22 weeks paid parental leave
    • 2 weeks paid grandparent leave
    • Extended care and bereavement leave
  • Life insurance policy
  • Pension Plan
