  • Coordinate domestic and international relocations, expatriate assignments, transfers, repatriations, and other mobility cases from initiation through completion.
  • Manage routine mobility cases and escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-related matters to the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager.
  • Track case milestones, required documentation, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics, including temporary housing, household goods, destination services, travel, and other applicable benefits.
  • Support assignment extensions, changes, repatriations, and assignment closeout activities.
  • Immigration Coordination Support

  • Help coordinate with immigration counsel and employees on visa and work authorization processes.
  • Collect and organize employee and company documentation required for immigration filings.
  • Track immigration case status, visa and work authorization expiration dates, and other critical deadlines.
  • Follow up with employees, internal stakeholders, and immigration partners to keep cases progressing as needed.
  • Escalate potential immigration or compliance risks to the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager and appropriate internal partners.
  • Employee Support

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for employees participating in relocation or international assignment programs.
  • Guide employees through mobility processes, timelines, documentation requirements, benefits, and available resources.
  • Respond to routine questions related to relocation, immigration, reimbursements, and assignment logistics.
  • Provide timely and thoughtful communication throughout the employee’s mobility journey.
  • Identify employee issues or exceptions requiring additional guidance and partner with the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager on resolution.
  • Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with relocation providers, immigration counsel, tax advisors, and other mobility partners.
  • Partner with People/HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Security, and other internal teams to support mobility cases.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables and follow up on open items and service issues.
  • Assist with reviewing mobility-related invoices and expenses for accuracy and alignment with program guidelines.
  • Program Administration & Reporting

  • Monitor important dates, case status, costs, and program activity.
  • Prepare recurring reports and provide program data to the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager.
  • Support mobility-related audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain employee resources, process documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and opportunities to streamline or improve mobility processes.
  • Support implementation of new mobility processes, tools, policies, and vendor programs led by the Senior Global Mobility Program Manager.
  • What You'll Bring
