Generative AI Senior/Staff Product Manager - Interval

As a Senior/Staff Product Manager for Generative AI, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Interval’s contextual AI framework, Val. You’ll be at the center of our efforts to build category-defining AI products that leverage our unique privacy-preserving data exchange and blockchain-based provenance guarantees.

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Interval’s generative AI capabilities, focusing on enterprise use cases for secure, governed LLM workflows.

• Conduct deep market research and customer discovery to identify and prioritize high- impact AI-driven features.

• Translate user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Solutions Architects.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging.

• Partner with the ML and Engineering teams to guide the development of embedding pipelines, fine-tuning services, and novel applications of our Val AI framework.

• Become an expert on the competitive landscape and the rapidly evolving generative AI ecosystem.

  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and the broader community.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on AI/ML products or features.

• Deep understanding of the generative AI landscape, including LLMs, vector databases, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise product requirements.

• Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience building products for enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, AWS).

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in data security and provenance.

• Previous experience as an engineer or data scientist working on AI/ML systems.

• MBA or advanced degree in a technical field.
