5:30pm - 5am

 This position is onsite at our Denton Fulfillment Center

About the role

The Outbound Lead will support the overall operation of an outbound shift with emphasis on supporting outbound associates, product replenishment, quality assurance and accurate shipping areas. 

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), and quality standards
  • Coordinate all setup activities necessary to begin fulfilling customer orders
  • Work in a temperature controlled environment averaging 34 degrees
  • Assist in researching and resolving inventory, quality, and/or efficiency related opportunities
  • Conduct observations in the fulfillment process and provide coaching/feedback
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping in assigned area
  • Pick, pack, replenish, or operate power equipment as needed
  • Backup the outbound supervisor if they are off the floor for meetings, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to meet established standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to provide coaching and/or feedback in a constructive manner
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
