**What You’ll Do**
* Build and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using **Next.js** on the frontend and **FastAPI**, **NestJS**, or similar backend frameworks.
* Develop and manage robust prompt libraries for production-grade LLM agents, with clear documentation, version control, and optimization strategies.
* Run A/B tests on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across various healthcare workflows.
* Architect scalable automations with n8n, and integrate with EHRs, VOIP systems, faxes, Gmail, and other healthcare infrastructure.
* Manage messy, real-world healthcare data pipelines with grace and resilience.
* Continuously iterate on evals, model performance, and the real-world accuracy of our AI agents.
* Ship fast and often—your work will be in the hands of real users immediately.
* Deploy the product within Clinics & Leading Healthcare providers across US.
* Collaborate directly with founders, product, and customers to design and launch mission-critical features.
* Help shape the company’s future—team, culture, and product—from the ground up.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
* Have **3+ years** of experience in AI/ML engineering, full-stack engineering, or both.
* Are comfortable building full-stack products from scratch and taking ownership across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
* Have strong prompting experience—including **prompt engineering, prompt management, and A/B testing** of LLM behaviors in production.
* Have experience with complex system integrations (EHRs, VOIP, external APIs) and love making messy systems talk to each other.
* Thrive in ambiguity and love turning raw ideas into real-world impact.
* Are fast, scrappy, and value getting something working over chasing perfection.
* Are obsessed with speed, ownership, and building things that actually matter.
