In addition to prospecting and supporting the founders, you'll be instrumental in shaping our product, processes, and culture.To excel in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in best practices of outbound prospecting, a deep understanding of the tools needed to execute it at scale, and an unparalleled ability to write strong email copy. The right fit is a motivated hunter that can hit their numbers with minimal support, learn quickly, and ideate creative outbound campaigns that cut through the noise.In this role you'll be supporting our founding team and an AE by booking them meetings with qualified leads. Given the dramatic increase in cold emails over the past few years, to excel in this role you must leverage your creativity, organization, and attention to detail in order to get your message through to marketing leaders.This is a full-time, permanent position. If you are in the NYC area, we follow with a "4 days in, 1 day work-from-home" hybrid work environment in NYC (Chelsea). If you are elsewhere in the US, this position can be fully remote. This role pays a competitive salary and commissions and reports directly to a cofounder.In this position you will...
- Run experiments to find creative ways to connect with our ICP.
- Craft creative outbound campaigns that are truly unique and stand out from the clutter.
- Execute outbound prospecting at scale by utilizing the right tools. Experience leveraging AI tools for outbounding a plus.
- Book meetings with qualified leads.
- Set the pace as a leader amongst the team and help us scale.
You have...- 1+ years of experience as an BDR/SDR or junior seller at a high-growth marketing technology (martech) startup with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Proficiency and experience using Hubspot and Apollo for prospecting (ideally).
- The willingness and ability to work out of our NYC office 4 days/week (Monday through Thursday - commuter benefits available).
