Job description: We're looking for exceptional people to join our engineering team as Forward Deployed Engineers. This is not your typical new grad role - we’re hiring cracked engineers eager to shape the future of agentic AI systems ## What you'll do * Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up * ⁠Work closely with our CTO, Sashank, who brings experience from building speech and language models at Apple’s AI/ML org * Talk to customers, understand their flows, and translate those into robust agentic solutions * Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production * Collaborate with a small, elite team of engineers from Google X, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, … ## Why This Role You’ll be at the forefront of AI agent system design, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing meaningfully from day one. This is a rare opportunity to get deep technical mentorship while building frontier tech that solves critical problems for businesses. ## Who You Are * Recent graduate with a CS/related degree (or equivalent experience) * Strong foundation in software engineering principles * Passionate about AI, ML, and building intelligent systems * Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity * Experience with Python, modern web frameworks, and cloud infrastructure * Bonus: Prior work with LLMs, ML frameworks, or agent architectures ## Our Culture We’re a small, driven team that values technical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and speed.
