As a Flex Officer, you serve as a key asset within our West Suburban portfolio. Because you are trained across multiple premier sites and master various security systems—from CCTV monitoring to complex access control—you develop a diverse skill set that sets you apart. This team reports directly to our Leadership Team and serves as the primary talent pool we look to first for advancement and leadership opportunities as they arise.

• Specialized Placement: We are also currently seeking a dedicated, site-specific Flex Officer for a premier client location in Rolling Meadows.

What You’ll Do
As a Flex Officer, you are the versatile expert who ensures operational continuity and site safety. Your day-to-day includes:    

• Risk Mitigation: Conducting critical foot patrols to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the property.
• Concierge & Customer Service: Providing high-level concierge services to clients, tenants, and guests. Strong customer service skills are paramount to your success in this role.
• Advanced Surveillance: Utilizing CCTV and modern security technology to maintain site safety.
• Access Control: Managing professional entry/exit protocols for corporate and commercial sites.
• Communication: Interfacing with clients and leadership via professional email and digital reporting.

Shift Availability
We are currently filling the following high-priority slots:

•  Full-Time: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts (Includes weekends).
• Part-Time Weekend: 1st Shift (Saturday & Sunday).

Requirements
We are looking for professionals who are dependable, adaptable, and tech-savvy.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Email is essential.
• Mobility: Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites (covering the Downers Grove through Rosemont areas)
• Credentials: Must possess or be able to acquire a valid Illinois PERC card.
• Basics: 18+ years old, HS Diploma/GED, able to pass drug/background screens, and physically capable of foot patrols and walking stairs in various conditions.
