The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Finance & Strategy Manager to lead various strategic finance, FP&A, reporting, and cross-functional operational initiatives that will have a direct impact on our strategic business decisions. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Confido’s entire executive team.
What You Will Own
Partner directly with founders and the executive team on strategic finance priorities: fundraising materials, board reporting, and investor communications
Build and own financial models that inform major business decisions, including pricing strategy, market sizing, and unit economics
Lead ad hoc strategic analysis on competitive positioning, new market opportunities, and growth initiatives
Partner with the Revenue team on pipeline and revenue forecasting, and drive unit economics and market ROI analysis to shape go-to-market strategy
Own the development of external-facing materials for investors, board members, and strategic partners
Collaborate with data and engineering to build the infrastructure behind Confido's financial and business insights
What You’ll Need
Experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance / experience at a relevant high-growth or venture-backed startup.
Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization .
Exceptional excel/financial modeling skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.
Analytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn.
Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
