Job Requirements
- Specific experience preparing title search reports in Texas, commercial and residential (10+ years)
- Extensive experience with using Title Data (TDI) (10+ years)
- Must be able to plot out legal descriptions and use them to resolve the chain of title
- Experience with chain of title research and preparation of title reports to be used for title insurance
- Proficiency in determining completeness of title reports, identifying clouds on title, and validating applicability of documents to a title report
- Experience identifying that all pertinent parties were correctly researched and documented
- Experience with training other employees and management experience strongly preferred

Salary Range: $60k-100k based on experience.
