### About Educato Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our UGC program in the UK. ### About the role * Manage our UGC campaign in the UK * Find and recruit UGC creators * Work closely with our global GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign ### What you’ll do * Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram. * Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns. * Review content and give fast, clear feedback. * Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized. ### You’re a great fit if * You are a native English speaker with good English skills * You’re organized and communicate well * You get things done and are a fast learner * Experience matters less than execution ### What we offer * Full ownership of the creator program in your market * Competitive local salary + performance bonuses * Creator budget, proven formats, and support from our global team * Room to grow into larger markets
