Job description

The Company You’ll Join

Clearstory is revolutionizing the commercial construction industry by digitizing and automating the change order process. Our first-of-its-kind SaaS solution is designed to streamline communication, enhance transparency, and significantly reduce inefficiencies traditionally found in construction project management.

With a strong foundation built on customer success, Clearstory partners with some of the largest general and subcontractors to deliver technology that drives significant ROI and transforms how teams manage change orders.

Our organization is experiencing impressive growth, with a four-quarter trailing average of 75%+ quarter-over-quarter growth in dollar value processed on our platform. This is your chance to join a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

The Team You’ll Be Surrounded By

You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals in the SaaS sales landscape who bring a wealth of expertise in commercial construction. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion means we are looking for unique perspectives and backgrounds that will strengthen our team. We encourage applicants from all walks of life, as we believe a diverse team contributes significantly to innovative solutions and organizational success.

Working at Clearstory means being part of a collaborative culture that prioritizes personal growth and professional development. You will have the opportunity to shape your role, influence company culture, and work on meaningful projects that impact the industry.

About the Role

This is your chance to join a team that is bringing game-changing technology to a stagnant, static, pen-and-paper part of the commercial construction industry. We're building out our Enablement organization to include an Enablement Specialist. This role is the production engine behind our sales training program — you'll build the content, manage the assets, and help ensure our AEs and SDRs have everything they need to ramp quickly and sell confidently.

You'll work closely and report directly to our Head of Enablement, who leads strategy and delivery. Your job is to take direction and turn it into polished, rep-ready content that scales. If you love building things, staying organized, and translating complexity into clarity, this role is for you. As an early member of the team, you will have an exceptional level of impact on the development and iteration of our Company and the workplace culture itself.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain onboarding decks, training modules, and LMS content (Articulate Rise 360) for new AE and SDR hires under guidance and direction of Head of Enablement
  • Create one-pagers, reference guides, and visual sales assets in Canva
  • Translate product updates into sales-ready messaging and training content
  • Own the operational layer of enablement: keep assets versioned, updated, and organized
  • Create and maintain trainings for/housed in the LMS as the program grows
  • Support in-person delivery in California where needed
  • Build new AI tools for rep development

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient and regular user of AI platforms like Chat, Claude, etc.
  • A strong content builder — you can take a brief and produce clean, clear, professional training materials
  • Highly organized — you manage multiple projects without dropping balls
  • Clear writer — you make complex things simple and rep-friendly
  • Experience with (or a quick learner) with Canva, Articulate Rise 360, Confluence, and Mindtickle
  • Construction industry or construction tech background is a meaningful advantage
  • Sales experience or experience supporting a sales team is a plus
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools is a bonus
  • Arizona-based preferred for in-person training support

Benefits

Benefits

  • Ability to work with a new product category that has already found product market fit
  • Remote work schedule
  • Executive interaction regularly
  • Competitive market-rate salary for a Series A company
  • Subsidized healthcare, vision, and dental
  • Early equity!

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a positive interview experience for every candidate. If accommodations due to a disability or medical condition are needed, connect with us via email at recruiting@Clearstory.build. As a company, we value fairness, collaboration, communication, and leadership and build our teams around these values.
