Job description

Location: London, UK

About the role and about You:

You love getting the details right and seeing your work go live. As our Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you’ll help keep our online stores accurate, organized, and running smoothly. Your work will include building product listings, setting up promotions, and maintaining our catalogs. You’ll help customers find and purchase the products they need to get started with Zwift and keep riding.

You’ll turn plans into polished shopping experiences, working with teammates to make sure products and promotions launch correctly and on time. Success means customers find accurate product information, discounts work as expected, and the team can count on you to follow through. If you enjoy hands-on work, clear priorities, and the satisfaction of a well-executed launch, you’ll feel at home in this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute day-to-day updates across our Shopify stores, keeping store content and settings accurate and current.
  • Build and maintain product listings, using supplied, approved copy, images, pricing, and product specifications, including accurate variant setup.
  • Keep catalogs and collections organized so customers can easily browse and find the right products.
  • Set up, test, launch, and deactivate promotions and discount codes according to approved plans and schedules.
  • Manage store user accounts and permissions according to established access guidelines.
  • Check your work before and after launch, troubleshoot routine issues, and communicate progress or blockers so updates stay on track.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on Shopify experience managing products, collections, discounts, and store settings.
  • Experience supporting ecommerce operations, catalog maintenance, or promotional launches.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to catch errors in product information, pricing, and promotional setup.
  • The ability to turn clear briefs into accurate store updates, follow established processes, and ask questions when details are missing.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring tasks alongside time-sensitive requests.
  • Comfort learning digital tools and working with spreadsheets to organize, review, and update information, including familiarity with product imports, exports, and bulk updates.
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through when working with teammates on store updates and launches.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving, including knowing when to resolve an issue independently and when to ask for help.

If Zwift determines in any stage of our interviews that any AI tools are being used without disclosure or citation, your candidacy will be disqualified.

How to stand out among the rest:

Your resume/CV is enough to show off your skills, accomplishments, and experience. However, if you choose to include a cover letter introducing us to your awesome personality, we will read that too.

We strongly believe that different backgrounds and ideas are a competitive advantage; we hire candidates of any race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital or family status, disability, Veteran status, and any other status.
