ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Dubai Events Community Manager who is trustworthy, self-driven, motivated, and accountable to join our Global Experiential Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder who thrives on turning event moments into lasting community connections across MENA's games industry, anchored by activity at the Xsolla Club in Dubai.

You will use your community management, content, and relationship-building skills to grow and nurture Xsolla's network of partners, developers and clients in the region, working closely with the Dubai events team, Social Media Manager, and Marketing colleagues.

The right person for this role will be personable, organized, and confident engaging senior industry stakeholders, with a strong instinct for the kind of content and touchpoints that keep a community engaged between events.

This role is in-office/on-site at Xsolla's new Dubai Club and will require occasional regional travel for events.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain Xsolla's MENA community database of partners, developers and clients.

- Plan and deliver Community driven events in order to drive Xsolla Club membership and awareness in the region.

- Manage guest lists, invitations and relationship tracking for invitation-only events and roundtables.

- Plan and run community engagement activities around the DFGC/Xsolla events expo and other regional events.

- Work with the Social Media Manager and Marketing teams to plan community-focused content and campaigns.

- Draft copy and messaging for community communications, event invitations and follow-ups.

- Support event registration pages for community events, including forms, copy and email templates.

- Liaise with event organizers and local partners to identify community engagement opportunities.

- Maintain the event roadmap tracker with community event details, dates and attendee information.

- Log creative briefs (Jira) for community-facing materials and follow through to completion.

- Host and support on-site membership at Xsolla Club, ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Capture community feedback and leads, ensuring timely hand-off to CRM and BD teams.

- Produce post-event community reports, including engagement stats and relationship-building outcomes.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in community management, events, or marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience managing relationships with external stakeholders or VIP/member communities.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and the Google Workspace.

Preferred:

- Experience in the video games, tech or software industry.

- Experience creating social or content campaigns for a brand or community.

- Arabic language skills.
