Work Friday–Monday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and enjoy three weekdays off every week to run errands, schedule appointments, or simply avoid the weekend crowds.

Boston Standard is looking for an experienced Dispatcher who can keep technicians productive, communicate effectively with customers, and help deliver a five-star service experience every day.

What You'll Do
- Dispatch and route HVAC service technicians for maximum efficiency
- Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments throughout the day
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and technician arrival times
- Coordinate with technicians to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Manage work orders and scheduling through ServiceTitan
- Maintain accurate customer and job information
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Strong understanding of skilled trades scheduling and dispatch operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
