Zeta has built and continues to scale a state-of-the-art Activation Partnership Solutions function designed to sit at the intersection of platform, intelligence, media, and creativity. Our mission is to lead the market in seamlessly integrating first-party and strategic behavioral data into go-to-market activation—from RFI responses to proposals and pitches—while delivering deterministic measurement, operational rigor, and repeatable outcomes for brands and agency partners.
The Director, Partnership Strategy (Political & Advocacy) is a senior individual contributor and strategic partner within Zeta’s Activation Partnership Enablement team. This role is ideal for a hybrid strategist—someone who can think big, develop strong point-of-view recommendations, and execute with precision.
You will work closely with Senior Directors, Sales, Activation, Product, Data Cloud, and Analytics teams to deliver differentiated activation strategies that connect data, media, creative, and measurement. This role requires comfort operating in fast-paced, high-stakes pre-sales environments while maintaining clarity, structure, and quality. This role will be remote out of the Washington D.C. area.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience.
