Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst focused on lead enrichment, automation, and CRM data operations. In this role, you will support the Revenue and RevOps teams by ensuring our CRM is clean, structured, and continuously enriched with high-quality prospect data. You’ll be responsible for implementing and managing no-code enrichment workflows, running targeted data initiatives, and providing analytical insights that support growth.

Location: Remote (Pakistan based)

Type: Contractor (Freelance)

Working Hours: EU Time (CET)

Start Date: ASAP

Languages: English (Fluent, both written and spoken)


Key Responsibilities

Lead Enrichment & Automation

  • Identify and enrich leads using tools such as Clay, Surfe, Apollo, Zeliq, and others

  • Execute targeted enrichment campaigns for outbound initiatives, trade shows, or custom prospect lists

CRM & Data Operations

  • Maintain CRM hygiene through data deduplication, standardization, and enrichment (primarily in HubSpot)

  • Ensure seamless integration and sync between enrichment sources and CRM

  • Support lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle tracking

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze lead data quality and campaign outcomes to drive improvements

  • Identify trends and patterns to refine ICP targeting and campaign strategies

  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data logic, and process changes

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, and RevOps to align data strategy with commercial goals

  • Communicate clearly and proactively across EU and US time zones

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from lead and campaign data

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems

  • Solid proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation

  • Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and automation

  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or retail tech environment

  • Proficiency with enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, Zeliq, Surfe, or similar
