SafeBreach seeks a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our rapidly growing global Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to unleash your expertise to WOW customers, serving as their trusted advisor. You will work with large enterprise customers and will be accountable for ensuring these customers adopt and realize SafeBreach's recurring value. You will also work closely with security Directors/Managers, Security Engineers, and Security Architects. The results will be increased customer satisfaction, value, retention, and expansion of the SafeBreach platform.
