We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.The Creative Operations Manager / Traffic Coordinator will be the operational backbone of Capital.com’s creative department, responsible for managing the flow of multiple creative projects—ranging from design and motion graphics to film production—across various teams and platforms. This is a pivotal role designed to bring clarity, structure, and foresight to a fast-paced, high-output creative environment.Your mission: to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to brief, and resourced effectively while enabling creative excellence. You will champion workflows, oversee tools like Asana and Jira, support briefing processes, and provide performance insights on creative asset effectiveness.Responsabilities
- Project Scheduling & Traffic Management:
- Build and maintain a centralized scheduling system for all creative projects (film, design, and motion).
- Monitor workloads and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects flow smoothly.
- Operational Visibility & Forecasting:
- Provide weekly visibility to leadership on project status, team capacity, and timelines.
- Develop forecasting models to anticipate bottlenecks, upcoming needs, and capacity planning.
- Process Management & Tool Expertise:
- Own and optimize Asana and Jira workflows across the department.
- Serve as a go-to for tool best practices and onboarding.
- Creative Brief Development Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine briefs, ensuring clear objectives, scopes, and deliverables before creative work begins.
- Quality Control & Excellence Assurance:
- Ensure creative outputs meet operational and brand standards before delivery.
- Facilitate QA checklists and handover protocols for creative assets.
- Creative Effectiveness Reporting:
- Partner with analytics and marketing teams to track and report on the performance of creative assets.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for future briefs and asset development.
- AI & Innovation Enthusiasm:
- Stay up to date on AI-powered creative tools and explore how they can enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
- Support the integration of AI workflows across the department where appropriate.
Requirements- 7+ years of video production experience within agency, brand, or media environments.
- Proven track record of delivering creative content across platforms, geographies, and formats.
- Deep understanding of live-action video production and storytelling best practices.
- Project management abilities with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Frame.io, or equivalents.
- Experience working in regulated industries or with legal/compliance teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools and a proactive mindset to test and apply them.
- Knowledge of the financial sector, including CFDs or fintech products.
- Experience in a regulated environment.
- Passion for storytelling, craft, and innovation.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and good at juggling multiple workstreams.
- Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker.
- Curious about technology and open to integrating AI into workflows.
