We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Corporate Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will drive secure configuration and operation of key endpoint and mobility systems – DLP, MDM, BYOD/VDI, and EDR – while coordinating closely with SOC, Data Protection, and Corporate Security functions. The role will also include leading security awareness initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement of our overall security posture.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to safeguard sensitive information;
Configure and maintain DLP systems in line with SOC, Data Protection, and Corporate Security requirements;
Monitor performance and adjust policies to improve data visibility and reduce false positives;
Coordinate with the MDM Team implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and BYOD solutions;
Develop and enforce secure BYOD configurations and access controls;
Create and maintain baseline configurations for VDI environments supporting secure remote access;
Support the tuning of EDR solutions to enhance detection capabilities;
Manage endpoint asset inventory and ensure accurate software/service tracking;
Support SOC and Data Protection teams as an implementation partner;
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance;
Lead the development and execution of security training programs, campaigns, and awareness initiatives to foster a strong security culture;
Conduct periodic assessments of security policies and operational practices;
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA).
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in corporate IT or cybersecurity engineering;
Proven hands-on experience with DLP, MDM, BYOD/VDI, and EDR systems and tools;
Strong understanding of security principles and practices, particularly in endpoint, mobile, and remote-access security;
Hands-on experience with implementing and managing security awareness programs;
Build and maintain automation scripts and microservices in Python;
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS);
Knowledge of mobile security, encryption technologies, and secure device management;
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills;
Fluent in English.
