  • Support the development of meeting materials, presentations, and strategic communication plans.
  • Track communication milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation activities.

Support Stakeholder Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to communications-related inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to communicate updates, manage escalations, and support issue resolution efforts.
  • Help ensure stakeholders receive clear, consistent, and actionable information throughout their partnership with Free Market Health.

Develop Content & Strengthen Brand Alignment

  • Ensure all communications align with FMH brand standards, voice, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to incorporate client feedback, implementation insights, and success stories into communication initiatives.
  • Support the creation of case studies, testimonials, customer success content, and other promotional materials.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor communication performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in strategic communications projects and gain exposure to communication planning and stakeholder management initiatives.
  • Assume increasing ownership of communication programs and stakeholder groups as experience and expertise grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, client engagement, customer success, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and building strong working relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration or project management platforms.

  • Experience supporting customer implementations, onboarding initiatives, or change management communications.
  • Experience developing B2B communications and customer-facing content.
