We're looking for:
The Commercial Lead, K-Beauty & Wellness will own the commercial strategy and execution of Nitra's K-Beauty private label vertical — a new business line focused on co-branded cosmetic products distributed through dermatology and aesthetics providers in our network.
This role is the internal engine driving the vertical forward. You will be responsible for defining and executing the expansion strategy, managing complex cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring the business moves at pace — from provider partnerships and GTM coordination to portfolio performance and scalable growth infrastructure. Over time, as the vertical matures, this person will take increasing ownership of brand strategy and development.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Define and drive the expansion roadmap for the K-Beauty vertical across Nitra's provider network
Identify and prioritize new provider partnership opportunities based on market fit, volume potential, and brand alignment
Work with leadership to refine the margin structure and commercial model across Nitra, providers, and manufacturers
Establish guardrails around inventory exposure, capital allocation, and provider concentration risk with marketplace and finance stakeholders
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for provider partners launching co-branded cosmetic and beauty products
Support providers in translating their clinical credibility into compelling, consumer-facing brand narratives
Develop launch playbooks, onboarding documentation, and co-brand frameworks that can be standardized and scaled
Own each provider launch from strategic planning through post-launch performance review
Develop structured timelines, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, and ensure launches stay on track
Define launch KPIs and maintain performance dashboards
Standardize launch kits, brand frameworks, and product bundle templates to support efficient growth
Evaluate future distribution models and adjacent expansion opportunities
5–8 years in beauty, skincare, CPG, or a related commercial role, with a track record of launching and scaling products or business lines; professional or clinic-channel exposure is a strong plus
Strong project management skills — highly organized, able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving
Commercial and financial acumen, including experience building launch-level P&Ls, structuring margins, and managing inventory and capital exposure
Experience working directly with providers, clinics, or end customers to inform product strategy and GTM decisions
Comfort navigating cross-border partnerships and supply chain coordination (ODM/OEM experience, particularly with Korean manufacturers, is a plus)
A proven zero-to-one operator mindset — self-directed, action-oriented, and energized by building in ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
