Job Summary:
To support our Director of College Recruiting in efforts to provide exposure for our athletes, social media presence, and administrative help. (LOVB Club alum preferred).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
AREA 1 |
- Manage LOVB Recruiting day to day social media content and activities including uploading recruiting videos to our instagram and youtube channel
- Create short form video content (ex: Reels, Tiktok, stories for distribution)

AREA 2 |
- Manage google classroom, sports recruits. HUDL for LOVB Clubs

AREA 3 |
- Provide real time platform coverage during live matches and events by traveling to tournaments or clubs 3-4 times per season for recruiting content including Nationals for AAU and USAV

AREA 4 |
- Help our national recruiting director with daily admin duties
- Assist the Recruiting team with tracking and evaluating club players.
- Maintain and update the internal athlete database with recruiting notes, stats, commits and contact info.

Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management or related field. Experience in using social media platforms and producing content as well as gathering analytics.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements (Remote):
- Ability to operate a computer and use a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools.

- Flexibility to work anywhere in the US (primarily over Zoom and digital platforms) with willingness to travel for site visits and other business- related destinations
