- Job Description
Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.
Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.
We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Clinician Recruiter to support full-cycle clinician recruitment within a specified geographic market. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process for your assigned region—from sourcing and engaging clinicians to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to align hiring efforts with local growth goals. This role is pivotal in making a direct impact on bringing expectational pediatric care to the communities we serve.
COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.
LOCATION: Remote, based within the contiguous United States.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the clinician recruitment process for a defined market—from initial outreach and screening through interviews, feedback coordination, and offer facilitation.
- Market-Based Hiring Strategy: Understand clinic-level staffing needs and regional dynamics to prioritize recruitment activities that support timely and effective hiring.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clinicians, providing clear communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operations, and recruitment team members to align hiring efforts with organizational goals and local market needs.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and inbound interest management.
- Recruitment Operations: Track candidate progress, maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems, and contribute to data-driven recruitment decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, lead generation, and physician recruiting.
- Prior experience in a startup environment, ideally in healthcare and are excited to join another startup.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., DocCafe, PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, or other ATS/CRM systems)
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Adaptable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relationship-Builder: Create meaningful connections with candidates and represent our mission with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Process-Driven: Skilled at managing multiple moving parts across the recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to offer.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working across different markets and clinic needs, adjusting strategies based on changing priorities.
- Collaborative: Communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up reliably throughout the recruitment process.
- Mission-Aligned: Passionate about expanding access to pediatric care and being part of a growing, purpose-driven organization.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Be a part of a team-based environment focused on providing high quality pediatric care within a mission drive organization.
- Access to continuous learning, skill development, and career advancement within a supportive and dynamic culture.
- Competitive compensation package with paid time off, medical/dental/vision benefits, and others.
At Zarminali Pediatrics, we are committed to our empowering clinicians and team members to deliver better pediatric care, altogether. This commitment requires building an inclusive culture and a team that represents the diverse communities we serve.
We believe that when people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together, we create a stronger team and better care for our patients and their families. We realize the importance of an environment where clinicians and team members feel cared for, supported, and valued. We believe in the basics: treating everyone with kindness, respect, and fairness.
