Role Summary

The Clinic Outreach Specialist is responsible for high-volume cold outreach to clinics across the U.S., primarily in Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia. The role focuses on introducing services to clinics that have not previously interacted with the company, building initial relationships with clinic staff, and generating interest for the clinical and account teams to follow up. This is a remote, outbound calling role requiring strong communication, resilience, and consistent script compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce services and build initial rapport with clinic staff.
  • Follow approved call scripts precisely, particularly regarding clinical claims and services.
  • Accurately document call outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
  • Follow up with clinics that have shown interest.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and qualified conversations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and outreach strategies based on call outcomes.
  • Participate in call quality and QA reviews.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide measurable performance metrics, such as daily dial volume and conversion rates.
  • C1/C2-level English with clear spoken communication for U.S.-based clinic staff.
  • Comfortable handling sustained high call volumes and frequent rejection.
  • Strong ability to follow scripts accurately and consistently.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track and document outreach.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Healthcare, mental health, or telehealth outreach experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
  • Experience working in environments where calls are recorded and reviewed for QA is a plus.
