V4C.ai is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value. You will utilize your expertise in business analysis and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for improvement and drive successful project outcomes.
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Healthcare Services and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, drive requirements gathering, and support data-driven solutions for healthcare operations, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Collaborate with business users, data architects, ETL developers, and reporting teams.
- Support EDW initiatives including data integration, data quality, source-to-target mapping, and reporting requirements.
- Perform gap analysis, UAT support, and requirements traceability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3+ years of Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, claims, enrollment, care management, or revenue cycle).
- 3+ years of experience on EDW/Data Warehouse projects.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare data standards (HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HL7/FHIR).
- Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- Experience: 7+ years overall Business Analysis experience with Healthcare Services and EDW projects.
