The Business Admin Lead provides day-to-day operational supervision and coordination across the Executive Assistant, Logistics, and Business Administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role balances workload prioritization with process optimization to support internal stakeholders and maintain peak organizational efficiency. They drive strict compliance with company policies and internal controls while fostering active cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of the EA, Logistics, and Business Administration teams.
Manage team workloads, priorities, and daily operational requirements.
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of administrative, executive support, and logistics services.
Coordinate logistics operations including transport, fleet, inventory, and asset movement.
Support office administration, facilities management, and workplace services.
Oversee executive support functions such as calendar, travel, and meeting coordination.
Serve as key focal point for internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of requests.
Promote process improvement, service efficiency, and standardization of workflows.
Drive compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support reporting, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, logistics, or executive support roles.
Proven experience coordinating, supervising, or leading team workflows.
Prior experience handling logistics coordination, fleet management, or inventory asset movement.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and experience using administrative ticketing platforms or ERP tools.
