This role

We are looking for a Global Brand Design Manager with a strategic vision and command of
generative AI tools, capable of leading the brand’s visual identity on a global scale. This person
will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand design system, ensuring consistency
across all touchpoints, and accelerating creative production through AI-powered workflows.
The ideal candidate blends a strong aesthetic eye with systems thinking, cross-functional
leadership, and technological curiosity to integrate artificial intelligence as a core tool in the
creative team’s processes.
Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Creative Leadership
  • Define, protect, and evolve the global visual brand identity across all channels
    and markets.
  • Develop and maintain the Brand Design System (typography, color, iconography,
    motion, photography, visual tone).
  • Partner with the Director of Brand to translate business strategy into creative visual
    direction.
  • Ensure brand consistency across global campaigns, product, packaging, retail,
    and digital experiences.
  • Lead creative reviews of deliverables, ensuring quality standards and strategic
    alignment.
  • Team Management & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a global team of designers (in-house and external agencies).
  • Establish creative quality standards, review workflows, and feedback frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Growth, Content, and
    Commercial teams.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and creative vendors, ensuring
    brand alignment.
  • Artificial Intelligence Applied to Design
  • Define the adoption strategy for generative AI tools within the creative team’s
    workflows.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows for image generation, video, and motion
    graphics to accelerate production without sacrificing brand quality.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to Graphic Design, Visual
    Communication, Art Direction.
  • 5+ years in brand design, with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing teams and
    budgets.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction for omnichannel campaigns for
    recognized brands.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams and coordinating with international
    agencies.
