We are looking for a motivated and experienced Locum Paediatric Mainstream Speech and Language Therapist to join our client based in Essex. This role involves managing your own caseload and working full-time across the borough in mainstream schools. What will your responsibilities be:
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children in mainstream schools, focusing on enhancing their communication skills. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct regular interventions, and review progress. Your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's care. You will also provide training and support to school staff and families, ensuring they are equipped to support the child's communication needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for traveling across various schools in the borough to deliver these services.
